To that end, we have created a full-service, in-house design team to help our clients create their personally tailored, perfectly appointed custom homes. Our team includes interior and landscape designers, as well as our celebrated Architectural Design Director, Raul Garnil.

Inspired experience

Before joining London Bay Homes in 2000, Raul gained more than 20 years of experience as a project manager and design director for high-end hotel groups and residential design firms throughout Florida. Since joining our team, he has lent his design expertise to many of our award-winning homes and has helped countless clients bring their dreams to life.

“I love to be able to get in the client’s head and to be able to ‘see’ and develop their wishes into reality,” Raul says. Raul's uncanny knack for easily visualizing clients' wishes — plus his ability to quickly sketch 3D drawings to share his interpretations with them — makes designing luxury homes with London Bay Homes a breeze.
