As temperatures rise in Southwest Florida, luxury custom home sales are also heating up. The Naples Area Board of REALTORS ® (NABOR®) reports that activity for the 12-months ending May 31st reflects consumer confidence in the Naples real estate market with pending sales, closed sales, and median closed prices all increasing. The Sarasota Association of REALTORS® (SAR) reports that Sarasota real estate figures are keeping pace with 2013, which marked the second highest number of sales in SAR's 91 year history.
