London Bay Homes is continuing to build luxury custom homes in exclusive neighborhoods from Park Shore Naples to Port Royal Naples and one of our projects provides an opportunity for you to live in waterfront elegance with our luxury model home located at 4395 Gordon Drive.

The two-story, 4,667-square-foot custom home is located in the luxury waterfront neighborhood of Port Royal, moments away from the fine dining and elite shopping of downtown Fifth Avenue South. It features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, as well as an expansive open floor plan that includes a spacious great room and adjoining kitchen and dining area, as well as a study, wine cellar, elevator, and a second-floor loft with morning kitchen.  Homeowners and guests can access the elevated outdoor living area through the great room’s wall of stacking sliding glass doors and relax in the great outdoors with a summer kitchen, linear pool and spa, and a private body dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico through nearby Gordon Pass.  This home also includes membership eligibility in the exclusive Port Royal Club and Cutlass Cove Beach Club.

Exquisitely designed by London Bay Homes’ luxury partner, Romanza Interior Design, the home features a sophisticated West Indies-Coastal design that blends honed stone and wood plank flooring, accent panels of exotic woods like sapele, anigre and walnut, distinctive reglet details on the walls and door frames, sculpted ceilings with backlit cove lighting, and streamlined furnishings for a contemporary design aesthetic.  This design by Jennifer Stevens of Romanza Interior Design is so exquisitely done that this custom home home won Interior Design of the Year during the Collier Building Industry Association’s (CBIA) Sand Dollar Awards.

You can find these design details in the main living areas, including the home’s great room, where Stevens created two sitting areas for two unique purposes.  The first sitting area is designed for elegance and comfort, as well as joyful entertainment with a wide sectional sofa with a built-in chaise upholstered in white-light gray tweed and accented with striated-patterned lumbar pillows.   The second sitting area features four smaller scale lounge chairs for a more intimate gathering.  The great room also boasts dramatic artwork, wood and large-format honed stone flooring, and accent wood panels that can be found in other parts of the home as well. A wenge-stained pocket door from the great room opens into the study, where you will see paneled custom cabinetry that combines anigre and wenge, a dramatic backlit floating ceiling detail, and wide-plank walnut wood flooring.

A custom staircase and an elevator provide instant access to the luxurious second floor of this beautiful home, where you will find that the master suite encompasses half of the space.  You can retreat to your haven at any moment and enjoy the peaceful contemporary design featuring a straw-colored upholstered chenille headboard framed in wood and a palette of soft blues, blue-grays, charcoal, and tan tones.  The master suite also features a large double-entry oversized closet featuring Poliform custom cabinetry with built-in dressers and mirrors, and dual bathrooms.  One of the master bathrooms will feature rich granite countertops, floating wenge wood cabinetry, and a shower with rolling barn-style glass doors, body sprays, and wall- and ceiling-mounted showerheads, while the second bathroom will feature luxury marble and high-gloss cabinetry, Calcutta Borghini countertops, and an oversized shower with a freestanding bench, as well as a separate soaking tub positioned under the windows to overlook Cutlass Cove.

You can also enjoy the exquisite view from the second floor through a wall of sliding glass doors that open to a private terrace overlooking Cutlass Cove.  Enjoy peaceful nights sitting on a comfortable chaise by the fire from the linear fireplace and overlooking the shimmering waters.  This picturesque setting impressed the CBIA’s judges, earning it the Best Master Suite ($200,001-$250,000) during the Sand Dollar Awards.

State-of-the-art technology includes two 48-inch TVs, hidden audio and video equipment, and motorized draperies.  This ideal outdoor living space earned the Best Outdoor Living Area (over $50,000) in the Sand Dollar Awards.
